Before joining Orange Theory fitness, Andrew has spent three years as group fitness instructor, personal trainer and athletic coach. Andrew is a graduate from the University of Houston with a BFA in theatre and film performance. He started his journey as a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness and has been working at the Memorial Athletic Club for the past 16 months and enjoys helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. He is a certified personal trainer through AFFA, and certified in group fitness programs for INSANITY, BODYSHRED and TRAINING FOR WARRIORS, PARISI speed school and Les Mills Grit. Andrew brings high rock and roll energy to fitness determined to help everyone succeed.
Lisa's journey with Orangetheory Fitness began 6 years ago as a member in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Prior to joining Orangetheory Fitness Lisa was an elementary school teacher for 23 years. She relocated to Houston in July of 2015, making a decision to start a new career path as a personal trainer and received her NASM certification.

Samantha has been teaching group fitness since 2011 and joined OrangeTheory Fitness in 2014.
She graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology-Fitness Studies from Louisiana State University and is a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.
Additionally, she is a former NCAA Division 1 Athlete, competing for LSU Gymnastics from 2008-2011.

Charlotte joined Orangetheory Fitness in 2015. She has previously been a school teacher, a yoga teacher and manager of a yoga studio in San Antonio, TX. She also teaches and practices Bikram and Baptiste inspired yoga. She is an Action Certified Personal Trainer. Her personal philosophy on fitness: "Today is the day! What's the one thing you can do better today than yesterday?"
